We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons:

2. To provide you with the best possible service

Receiving Emails From Us

You will only receive emails from us by consent.

This will include:

1. Order confirmations - as part of our automated shopping process

2. To receive newsletters

3. An email reply - in response to a general or sales enquiry received by us in an email format from you

4. Order update - to provide valid information to you in respect to a current order.

We do not send marketing emails to non-customer, personal email addresses (‘spam’).

We Will Always Enable You to Opt Out of Receiving Marketing Communications

We will provide you with the means of declining any future newsletters or marketing email, by the inclusion of an automated 'unsubscribe' option upon each newsletter. As mentioned above, you will only receive newsletters if you subscribe.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We May Use Your Data To Improve The Way We Do Business

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. To enable our shopping facility to function, this site utilises both 'Java' and 'Cookies' in its operation. You can usually modify your browser to limit 'Java' use, however by doing so our shopping functions will be impeded. 'Cookies' are used to collect information to identify you as a shopper upon our web site, although again you can modify your browser settings to limit their use.
