At Gardens4Living we are absolutely committed to ensuring that customers are treated with honesty, fairness and that they receive the best pricing on the market.

"Yes, yes..." I hear you say, everybody on the web says that.

Yes they do, but we have a Price Promise, in fact more of a set of principles that we are committed to ensure our customers really are treated honestly, fairly and most importantly, they receive the best price.

Our guiding principles are as follows:

1. Our Best Price is the Price Advertised - We Will Not Hike Prices and then Discount

We've all seen it, 20% off this, 50% off that, when what is really happening is the store fabricates a higher price then knocks off some money to show a discount.

Well, we don't. We give you the right price first time and check for yourself, we'll still be cheaper than many of the big discount sites (on a like-for-like basis).

We do offer discounts sometimes, but when we do so they are for honest reasons, i.e. end of the line, suppliers promotion.

2. Inaccuracies

Whilst we are very proud of our site, it was put together and is administered by humans, and like all the other humans across the planet we sometimes make a mistake.

If we do so, we want to encourage our customers to get in contact with us and let us know and if you find a genuine mistake, we will offer a spot discount on the goods you wish to purchase on the site. The discount may differ depending on the item, but nevertheless, a discount to say thank you.

3. Big Orders

If you're buying a lot of items or spending a lot of money then it is possible we can offer a discount on your purchase.

We get such discounts from our suppliers so it is only right that we pass this on to our customers.

3. Price Beater

At Gardens4Living we are confident that we always offer the most competitive price of any U.K. based garden website. However in the unlikely event that you have found an identical product at a cheaper price we would like the opportunity to beat it.

4. Price Promise

In addition to our price beater offer we also offer a Price Promise, this means that if you have already purchased a garden product from us and you  find it  cheaper on another U.K. based garden website within seven, days we will match the price.

These terms and conditions apply to our Price Promise and Price Beater offer

• The competitor is a U.K. based registered company, trading through an e-commerce website with their own registered domain name that is not hosted on free web space.

• We are able to view the competitor website and confirm details of products and prices.

• The product is identical to the  product on our website.

• The competitor's products are not offered at or below our cost prices.

• Competitors'  prices must be clearly advertised on their website - this offer is exclusive of any promotions, discounts or sales offered by any competitor that does not reflect their usual selling price.

• All Price Beater and Price Promise offers are subject to stock availability, returns policy, delivery charges and all our usual terms and conditions for use of our website.

• We reserve the right to refuse to beat or match any UK competitor's price if for any reason we are unable to do so without financial loss.
