We're an internet business. We don't want to get involved in Delivery & Returns if we can help it.

No, we believe by selecting the right suppliers with the best products first time, then we can only succeed in keeping our customers happy. And if they're happy, we hope they'll come back again and again, recommending others in the process.

We take time with all our suppliers to investigate their manufacturing methods, we ask their customers and we ensure they themselves can guarantee quality. And they do.

We understand that some of the products on this site aren't cheap. Not that our products are expensive, it's just that items like garden furniture, sheds and greenhouses are an investment to any household.

Sometimes they are more complex that what can be shown on the site, sometimes they could do with more pictures than what is available.

That's what we're here for.

All of our sales staff have been fully trained in product knowledge to the very highest standard to not only make sure you have the right gardening products, but also to explain to you the difference between similar items so you know exactly what you get for your money.

1. We offer free delivery to the Mainland UK. If you live outside of that, there maybe a premium on delivery which we can cater for.

2. Each product will differ by lead time depending upon a number of factors. All products carry an indicative lead time and most we will liaise with you delivery, both for security and your convenience.

Yes they do, but we have a Price Promise, in fact more of a set of principles that we are committed to ensure our customers really are treated honestly, fairly and most importantly, they receive the best price.
